It is
against the law to practice fraudulent practices relating to
motor vehicle odometers. The true mileage driven by a motor
vehicle is that mileage driven by the vehicle as registered
by the odometer within the manufacturer’s designed
tolerance. The advertisement to sale, sell, use or install
any device which causes the odometer of a motor vehicle to
register mileage other then the actual true mileage driven
is unlawful and will be punishable with a class 1
misdemeanor. The replacement, disconnection, or the reset of
an odometer of any motor vehicle on which the odometer does
not register the true mileage driven is a fraudulent
practice and will be refused service by our company and can
be punishable with a class 1 misdemeanor.
Service
will be refused by Odometer Wizard if the technician feels
that the client’s purpose is fraudulent practice to defraud
a motor vehicle on which the odometer does not register the
true mileage driven. Odometer Wizard will surrender clients’
information to the proper authority in the case that a
client is accused of fraudulent practice on a motor vehicle
odometer.

ONLY TO BE USED FOR REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS OF DIGITAL

WHEN PURCHASING AND USING ANY OF OUR
PRODUCTS AND SOFTWARE.
THE BUYER SHALL ONLY USE THE PRODUCT AND
SOFTWARE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE COUNTRY IN WHICH
THE PRODUCT IS BEING SOLD AND USED.
WHEN BUYING ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS, THE
PURCHASER SHALL UNDERWRITE AND HOLD HARMLESS,

FROM ANY CLAIMS OR DAMAGES FOR ANY
UNLAWFUL USE OF OUR PRODUCTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF
THE COUNTRY IN WHICH THE PRODUCT IS BEING SOLD AND USED AT.
